Most golfers show up to the range, dump balls, and start swinging immediately.

This is one of the biggest performance and injury risks I see.

The golf swing is explosive, rotational, and demanding on the spine, hips, and shoulders. When the body isn’t prepared to move efficiently, players compensate. Over time, this leads to swing faults, reduced power, and overuse injuries — especially in growing athletes.

Elite golfers don’t just practice swings… they prepare their bodies to perform.

A proper warm-up improves mobility, activates stabilizing muscles, and helps the brain coordinate movement. This leads to better ball striking, more consistent contact, and improved swing speed.
