WELDON SPRING, MO. (MAY 22, 2018) – Three full flights of one Gateway PGA Professional paired with female amateurs played under beautiful conditions at the Pro-Ladies Pro-Am at Persimmon Woods as the weather held off just enough.

Storms threatened for much of the morning and afternoon, but eventually gave way to a temped and overcast afternoon.

FIRST FLIGHT
There was a three-way tie for first place at 18-under 124 between the groups of Justin Auping, Libby McLaughlin, Joan Marra and Jan Klapp; Kyle Williams, Marge Baiter, Karen Fleming and Chris Peterbaugh; Jimmy Bals, Jeanne Place, Margaret Farrell and Anne Moreland, forcing a USGA scorecard playoff.

The Auping and Williams groups tied with 61 on the back nine holes to force a second playoff. Williams, Baiter, Fleming and Peterbaugh won.

SECOND FLIGHT
The second flight has one outright winner as Sam Lee, Sheri Jack, Sarah Stobbs and Carrie Lewis shot a 17-under 125.

Behind them was the group of Cory Cowsert, Carol Bloss, Christine Dodgen and Janice Trigg with their 14-under 128.

Rounding out the top three in the second flight was Brandon Coffey, Jessica Samson, Susie Luten and Nikki Stern with a 13-under 129 on the day.

THIRD FLIGHT
Matt Stock, Rachelle Meyer, Jennifer Riggs and Linda Harman shot a 14-under 128 to win their flight by 4 strokes.

In second place in the flight was Bobby Pavelonis, Sherri Brown, Sandy Wedewer and Victoria Niswonger with a 10-under 132.

In third place in the flight was David Levine, Cindy Herrin, Ann Allman and April Collier with a 9-under 133.
