Gateway PGA Mentor Program

The mission of the Gateway PGA Mentor Program is to coach and encourage Associates (and Affiliates) on the path to PGA membership, increasing the percentage of Associates that attain Membership and lessening attrition. Upon obtaining status as an Associate, individuals will be connected with a Supervising Professional (Mentor) – either at their facility or a member elsewhere in the Section if there is not a class A member at their facility, or they are not currently employed at a facility.

“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.” – John C. Crosby
