Local All-Star Teams Compete in PGA Jr. League Regional held at The Cove Golf Course
Players from Oak Brook Golf Club, St. Clair Country Club, Sunset Hills Country Club, and the Tapawingo National Golf Links represented the Gateway Section
Two All-Star teams from the Gateway Section earned spots in the PGA Jr. League Regional Championship at The Cove Golf Course at the Lake of the Ozarks. All-Star Team Metro 1, made up of players from Oak Brook Golf Club, St. Clair Country Club and Sunset Hills Country Club and the Tapawingo National Golf Links All-Star Team earned spots in the Regional Championship after the PGA Jr. League regular season culminated at the Gateway PGA Jr. League Section Championship earlier in the Summer. In all, 240 All-Stars from the Gateway Section competed in the one-day, team-stroke play Section Championship at Ruth Park Golf Course.

- 66 PGA Professionals as Captains
