Thirteen years ago, a PGA REACH Gateway Foundation board member, Mike Murphy, assisted the acting board with bringing in a leader that would provide immense growth. Amid his 13th year, Foundation President and MLB Hall of Famer, Ozzie Smith has gone above and beyond. His passion and dedication are evident not only by lending his name for our annual Gala and Pro Am but by volunteering his time at various Foundation events. In 2021, Ozzie attended the Junior Tour Final Championship as a celebrity starter on the first tee and stuck around to hand the junior golfers their awards.
